Service Description

Classes include a yoga inspired warm up, some exploration of flips and tircks and finishes with relaxation . Intermediate class is for those who are confident in the air and in have practiced yoga regularly .

Cancellation Policy

Booking a course means that you commit to the length of the course. If you have booked a drop in class you can cancel or transfer a class up to 24 hours before the class starts.
