Aerial yoga combines traditional asana (the physical postures of yoga) and yoga philosophies with the aerial arts using an aerial hammock.text to tell people what you offer, and the benefits they will receive. Select the class you want from the timetable. 5.45pm- Gentle flow - For those new to aerial yoga or those who want a more yoga based class 7pm- General class - For those who want more of a challenging class with flips and tricks .
